Training and team management

On-site technical staff
When needed, a full-time technical staff member is placed in your office. For organizations that want a full-time technical arm: on-site presence combined with the flexibility of outsourcing.

Can I get consulting only?
Yes. You can take the roadmap and consulting on their own and choose to run the implementation with your own team. If all you need is direction and prioritisation, we work without team management or on-site staff.
Do you manage my own team?
Depending on your needs, we work either way: we guide and train your existing software/infrastructure team, or we manage the process directly. The aim is for the team to stand on its own feet without locking the organization into a provider.
What is the contract term and model?
Contracts are typically structured for 1-3 years according to the organization's needs. We can proceed with a fixed or variable team; the scope is flexible, from consulting only through to a full-time technical arm.
Is full-time on-site staff possible?
Yes. When needed, on-site technical staff can be provided at the organization's office. This is planned according to the intensity of the project and the organization's expectation of on-site support.
