C3T Teknoloji AŞ is a technology company that has delivered projects of varying scale in software development, AI and technology consulting since its founding. Over the years, rather than confining ourselves to a single field, we have deepened our expertise across complementary areas: enterprise AI, custom software, digital transformation and tender consulting.
We allocate a growing budget to R&D every year and are expanding our team with engineers, technical staff and academic advisors. We run R&D and office operations in three cities across Türkiye and have delivered solutions to more than 14 different industries to date. Our Cybersecurity Approach
C3T treats cybersecurity not as a product sale but as an engineering job that is deployed and operated. We deploy mature open source tools on the organization's own infrastructure, with data never leaving Türkiye's borders; we provide enterprise-grade security without commercial licence costs or vendor lock-in. Our approach is aligned with the public sector's open source policy (Circular 2023/13) and the domestic-technology principles of Law No. 7545 (Cybersecurity Law): local, transparent and regulation-ready.
